Personal Training:

 

Personal training times are available Monday thru Friday from 6 am thru to 6 pm and Saturdays 8-Noon

Sessions are one hour in length

 

 

TURF FIT:

Turf Fit runs from 1115 – 1145 on Saturdays.  This is a fast paced cardio/strength workout set to music

This is a group glass.  Be ready for some high energy, cool tunes and the sleds!
