Victoria Wellness has formed an alliance with the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM), the international leader in education and professional development for fitness professionals.

Victoria Wellness uses an integrated training method that is individually based upon personal physical condition and goals. Our team of fitness professionals incorporate the revolutionary Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model, which is designed to improve physical fitness and strengthen the body's skeletal and muscular system using an integrated total-body approach.

Integrated training focuses on bringing the body's musculature back into its natural balance while increasing strength and power. The result? You achieve maximum benefits in the quickest, safest way possible. Your Fitness Plan:

At Victoria Wellness, each client is treated on an individual basis. There are no generic fitness plans used. Each workout is customized to suit an individual's needs and goals. Personalized service is the focus from Day One of your commitment to Victoria Wellness. Consultation with each client is carried out at which time the client's needs and goals are discussed. Preliminary screening is carried out to establish current fitness level. Ongoing evaluations and fitness testing are carried out at regular intervals to ensure progress toward personal goals are ensured.

All this is done in the privacy of our own Fitness Studio.

Personal Training Rates:

Training rates are dependent upon type of program developed for you. This will be discussed during your consultation at Victoria Wellness.
