So, after watching can you see a couple of form breaks I need to work on? This was not a easy workout this morning. After a little time off over Xmas, I did my first workout back yesterday. So, I was just a little stiff and sore working out this morning. The workout didn’t flow quite as smoothly as I would have liked.
But, that’s what happens with a little time off. Always takes a few workouts to get the body back in the groove. Makes you wonder why you took the time off?
